End the fresh flower season with fall-inspired colored blooms. Our fall subscription is one of the last opportunities to experience locally grown flowers in your home for the remainder of the year. These bouquets are filled with flowers sown, grown, and hand-picked at our small-scale farm near Bay City! They make wonderful gifts for that person who has it all or could use some extra brightness.

What You Get:

The fall flower subscription includes one bouquet a week for three consecutive weeks starting September 9, 2025. We will reach out via email one week prior to the subscription start date.

How Your Get Them:

Flower Stand pick-up and delivery are available.

• Pick-Up: Tuesdays 4:00-7:00 PM, at our Flower Stand at 2098 8 Mile Rd, Kawkawlin, MI

• Delivery: We deliver within a 10-mile radius of the farm for an additional cost.
